You can send money Anytime! As soon as you have signed up for your Nkolozi account, either online or or via our agents, you can immediately start sending money to anyone.
Cash: via any of our branches. Please remember to quote your order number as the reference so that we can track your payment
USD is ready for collection instantly once payment is confirmed. Confirmations can be made the same day if cash deposits are made.
Your recipient will be sent a voucher number via SMS/Whatsapp with collection details. They will need to take the voucher number and their national ID or passport to one of our Branches.
